Industrial oil cooler is a refrigeration machine designed and produced by Daheda Company for oil temperature cooling of hydraulic presses, hydraulic stations, forging machines, CNC machines, precision grinding machines, machining centers, and various high-speed machinery.
The invention mainly relates to the cooling field of circulating lubricating oil for mechanical equipment operating under high temperature environments or continuous operation without shutdown. The technical scheme is designed to solve the problem that circulating lubricating oil can be cooled to an ideal temperature in a cooler. The cooler consists of a cooling oil tank and an oil cooling pipe installed in the cooling oil tank. The two ends of the cooling pipe pass through the cooling oil tank and are connected in series with a vapor liquid separator, a freon compressor, a heat sink one-way valve, and the other end of the oil cooling pipe. A fan is also installed in the tank, The hot oil inlet and cooling oil outlet on the cooling oil tank are respectively connected to the oil pump in the equipment lubrication cooling system and the lubricating oil inlet on the equipment.
