Why do we often have the phenomenon that the surface of injection molded products shrinks and is not full during production?
If the pressure and temperature of the machine are completely normal, it depends on whether the machine adjustment is reasonable and in place; Injection pressure, the speed at which the melt flows within the barrel, the time required to complete the injection, and the time required for the product to cool in the mold to open the mold.
The commissioning method is as follows:
1）。 Increase the injection pressure of the injection molding machine; Increase screw back pressure;
2）。 Appropriately increasing the amount of glue injected;
3）。 Extending the glue injection time and cooling locust time;
4）。 The temperature of the molten glue in the barrel;
5）。 If the industrial water chiller cannot meet the temperature requirements of the mold, it is necessary to add a mold heater to balance the mold temperature;
If the shrinkage problem cannot be solved by adjusting the machine, it is necessary to improve the mold;
1）。 Enlarge the feed aperture and increase the injection and flow channels;
2）。 Polishing the main flow channel and injection channel of the mold to reduce the resistance of the melt flow and accelerate the flow speed;
3）。 Balance the charging flow path.
