The reasons for the high pressure fault of Dongguan water chiller are as follows:
(1) The cooling water temperature of Dongguan water chiller is on the high side and the condensation effect is poor. The rated working condition of cooling water required by the water chiller is 30~35 ℃. High water temperature and poor heat dissipation will inevitably lead to high condensation pressure, which often occurs in high temperature season. The reasons for the high water temperature may be: cooling tower failure, such as the fan is not turned on or even reversed, and the water distributor does not turn, which shows that the cooling water temperature is very high and rises rapidly; The external temperature is high, the water path is short, and the recyclable water volume is small. In this case, the cooling water temperature is generally maintained at a high level, which can be solved by increasing the water storage tank.
(2) The cooling water flow of Dongguan water chiller is insufficient and cannot reach the rated water flow. The main performance is that the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water of the unit becomes smaller (compared with the pressure difference at the beginning of the system putting into operation) and the temperature difference becomes larger. The reason for the insufficient water flow is the lack of water or air in the system. The solution is to install the exhaust valve at the height of the pipeline for exhaust; If the pipeline filter is blocked or too fine, and the water permeability is limited, the appropriate filter should be selected and the filter screen should be cleaned regularly; The water pump is small and does not match the system.
(3) The condenser of Dongguan water chiller is scaled or blocked. The condensed water is generally tap water, which is easy to scale when the temperature is above 30 ℃. Moreover, because the cooling tower is open and directly exposed to the air, dust and foreign matters can easily enter the cooling water system, resulting in dirty condenser, small heat exchange area, low efficiency, and also affecting the water flow. The performance is that the pressure difference and temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the unit become larger, and the temperature of the upper and lower parts of the condenser is very high when you touch it with your hand, and the condenser outlet copper pipe is hot. The unit shall be backwashed regularly, and chemical cleaning and descaling shall be carried out if necessary.
(4) Dongguan cold water machine is overcharged with refrigerant. This situation generally occurs after maintenance, which shows that the suction and discharge pressure and balance pressure are on the high side, and the operating current of the compressor is also on the high side. The air shall be bled according to the suction and discharge pressure, balance pressure and operating current under the rated working condition until it is normal.
(5) The refrigerant of Dongguan cold water machine is mixed with air, nitrogen and other non-condensable gases. This usually occurs after maintenance, and the vacuum is not completely pumped. It can only be drained, vacuumed and refilled with refrigerant.
(6) False alarm caused by electrical failure of Dongguan water chiller. The high voltage protection relay is damped, poorly contacted or damaged, and the unit electronic board is damped or damaged. Communication failure causes false alarm. The HP fault indicator on the electronic board is usually not on or slightly on, the manual reset of the high voltage protection relay is invalid, the computer displays "HPRESET", or automatically disappears, and the operating current of the compressor is normal, and the suction and exhaust pressure are normal.
