1、 Working principle of industrial water chiller
Compression is generated by the meshing of an active rotor and two star wheels. Its three continuous processes of suction, compression, and exhaust are achieved by periodic volume changes as the rotor and star wheel rotate.
The rotor has six teeth and the star gear has eleven teeth.
The main components are a rotor, two star wheels, an engine body, main bearings, and an energy regulating device.
Capacity can be adjusted from 10% to 100% steplessly and in three or four stages.
Compression principle:
1. Aspiration process: Gas enters the rotor slot through the suction port. As the rotor rotates, the star wheel sequentially enters a state of engagement with the rotor teeth, and gas enters the compression chamber (a closed space formed by the rotor tooth surface, the inner cavity of the casing, and the tooth surface of the star wheel).
2. Compression process: As the rotor rotates, the volume of the compression chamber continuously decreases, and the gas is compressed until the front edge of the compression chamber turns to the exhaust port.
3. Exhaust process: After the front edge of the compression chamber is turned to the exhaust port, exhaust begins, and a working cycle is completed. Due to the symmetrical arrangement of the star wheels, the cycle undergoes two compressions each time it rotates, and the exhaust volume is correspondingly twice that of the aforementioned cycle.
