With the advent of summer and the frequent use of water chillers, it is recommended that customers conduct regular maintenance on the water chiller to ensure its normal and efficient operation.
1、 Regular monthly maintenance of the water chiller
1. Check whether the voltage of the water chiller is normal and out of phase.
2. Check and record the operating current.
3. Measure and record whether the high and low pressure and temperature control temperature of the water chiller are normal. (Under normal conditions, the high pressure is 1.4-1.5MPa/low pressure is 0.3-0.45MPa)
4. Check whether the interlock control circuit device of the water chiller is loose or aged.
5. Check whether the oil level and temperature are normal.
6. Check the compressor for abnormal sound and vibration.
7. Refrigerant system test.
8. Overall commissioning and testing.
9. Regularly check whether the chilled water and cooling water quality of the water chiller are normal. When the water quality of the water source becomes dirty or deteriorated, please timely replace the water source.
2、 Annual maintenance of water chiller
1. Clean the condenser (once every six months of operation of the cumulative chiller).
2. Clean the cooling tower (once every three months of water cooled cumulative operation).
3. Check the refrigeration oil and lubricating oil system of the water chiller, and replace and supplement them if necessary.
4. Check and maintain the circuit system of the chiller host.
5. Compressor motor coil insulation test.
6. Check whether the dryer filter of the water chiller is normal and clogged, and replace it if necessary.
7. Check the amount of refrigerant and replenish it in a timely manner.
8. Check and correct the high and low pressure switches.
9. Check and correct the temperature controller.
10. Test run and general correction, test whether the superheat is normal, and check whether there are abnormal sounds in various parts of the water chiller
