High light, traceless, instant cooling and instant heating systems emerging in the industry:

Operating principle and performance characteristics of high light mode temperature machine:
High light mold temperature machine, also known as fast cooling and fast heating high light mold temperature machine, uses high temperature steam or high temperature water to evenly heat the mold. When the injection molding machine closes the mold, it blows high temperature steam or high temperature water into the mold, first increasing the mold temperature to a set value (typically between 110 degrees and 160 degrees), and then starting to inject plastic into the mold cavity. After the injection molding machine completes pressure maintaining and turns to cooling, it starts to inject cooling water, After the mold temperature quickly drops to a set value, the mold is opened, and then air is blown into the mold to completely blow away the cooling water, completing the entire injection molding process. In ordinary injection molding processing, setting the mold temperature low can shorten the molding cycle, but it is easy to generate condensation lines (water lines), resulting in poor appearance quality. On the contrary, setting the mold temperature high can improve the appearance quality of the product surface, but it is prone to deformation, shrinkage, poor size, and so on. At the same time, it extends the molding cycle and increases costs.
High gloss steam injection molding technology can solve both of the above problems. It uses steam or high-temperature water and cooling water generated by the equipment to control the temperature of the mold within a molding cycle, thereby bringing into play the advantages of both methods. Firstly, before injection molding, inject steam or high-temperature water to make the mold temperature reach a temperature that exceeds the resin thermal deformation, and then start injecting glue. This will form a molded product with good surface quality and no sink lines (water pinch lines). After the plastic injection is completed, the cooling process begins immediately. Use cooling water to rapidly reduce the mold temperature below the temperature of the resin during thermal deformation. This can shorten the molding cycle and solve problems such as deformation and shrinkage by accelerating the curing speed of the resin. High gloss steam injection molding can eliminate weld lines, weld marks, ripples, and silver threads on the surface of the product, completely solve the surface shrinkage phenomenon of plastic products, and make the surface finish of the product reach the mirror level. The product does not require subsequent processing by spraying, effectively reducing costs and shortening delivery time. In addition, high gloss injection molding can also solve the floating fiber phenomenon caused by fiber reinforced products, thereby making the product quality more perfect. In thin-wall molding, high gloss injection molding helps to improve injection molding fluidity and improve product quality and strength. It can also reduce the injection molding cycle of thick wall molding by more than 60%.
