Operating Instructions for Hydraulic Packer
The hydraulic packer of our company uses 68 # hydraulic oil, connected to a three-phase 380V power supply, with a rated current of 25A. During installation, grounding protection should be provided, and the motor should be operated according to the direction shown before starting, otherwise it cannot be started. Add 60 kg of hydraulic oil to the oil tank before starting use. However, when the temperature decreases, the hydraulic oil concentration is high, and the filter inside the machine cannot function as a filter. At this time, the filter must be removed and reinstalled for use only after the temperature recovers. (Note: The filter should be cleaned 1-2 times per month). Overflow Raft - Controls the pressure switch of the machine. Rotate the pressure regulator to turn right to pressurize and left to depressurize. The pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory. However, during use, the pressure regulating hand wheel may be displaced, leading to pressure increase or decrease. At this time, it is necessary to generate a new regulating pressure. The pressure regulating should be carried out during operation, and the pressure plate should be lowered to the lowest position. Adjust the pressure regulating hand wheel of the overflow raft. The adjusting pressure should not be higher or lower than the range shown in the pressure gauge. The optimal pressure is OMPA (100KG/1cm2). Side rod - enhances the rigidity of the pressure and serves as a guide. Before each use, oil should be added for lubrication. Travel Switch - Controls the starting and stopping of the machine, so it is necessary to regularly inspect, repair, and maintain it. Manual steering valve - A switch that controls the pressing plate upward and downward to stop.

Instead, turn the manual steering valve to the neutral position and stop pressurizing. If the pressure is kept for a long time, it may cause the hydraulic, electrical, and oil pumps to be overloaded for a long time, causing damage to various components. 2.
