Refrigeration principle of chiller/freezer

Working principle of chiller/freezer:
The unit is mainly composed of totally enclosed compressor, condenser, thermal expansion valve, drying filter, evaporator, gas-liquid separator and protection device.
During refrigeration, the refrigeration compressor absorbs the low pressure and low temperature refrigerant gas (R22) in the water heat exchanger into the cylinder, and through the work of the compressor, makes it become a gas with high pressure and temperature, and enters the condenser. The high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas exchanges heat with the cooling medium water, and transfers heat to the water supply, while the refrigerant gas condenses into a high pressure liquid. The high-pressure liquid enters the evaporator after throttling and depressurization. In the evaporator, the low-pressure liquid refrigerant vaporizes to absorb the heat of the surrounding attack medium (refrigerant water), thus cooling the refrigerant water and becoming the required low-temperature water. The vaporized low temperature refrigerant gas in the water heat exchanger is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor, so as to make cold water continuously
