Installation of water chiller
Before installing the water chiller, please select a place where the foundation is stable, the surroundings are open, unobstructed, and free from corrosion, pollution, sun, rain, and rain for easy installation and maintenance. Select a matching cooling water tower based on the cooling capacity of the water chiller (air cooled type does not require a water tower), and install the water chiller piping according to the size of the machine body. Do not reduce the size of the cooling water pipe, which may cause high pressure overload, affect the cooling effect, and increase power consumption, (Note: The chilled water pipes of newly installed water freezers must be wrapped with insulating layers.) Air cooled water freezers must be installed at a distance of 1m from the wall to avoid poor heat dissipation, high voltage overload, affecting the cooling effect, and increasing power consumption.
Note: Please construct the power supply and grounding parts in accordance with relevant regulations.
Operation method of water chiller
The following items must be checked for correctness before the first operation:
Whether the power supply voltage and phase number meet the model and specification, please refer to the nameplate. (Note: Whether the power supply of the freezing water machine above 3HP adopts three-phase four-wire, with a voltage of 380~415V, and the phase lines of the 50HZ power supply are R, S, and T, respectively. The neutral line (zero line) N, and the grounding wire is a two-color line, denoted by E; The freezing water machine below 3HP adopts a single-phase power supply with a voltage of 220~240V and 50HZ. The phase line of the power supply is L, the neutral line is N, and the ground line is E.
Check whether the chilled water pipe and cooling circulating water pipe are connected to the pipeline and keep the valve open; (Please refer to the installation drawing).
3. Fill the chilled water tank with water (or other refrigerant medium) before starting the water pump; (Note: Please use refrigeration medium according to requirements).
Please pay attention to the running direction of the water pump and whether the water tower fan is reversed. (If the water pump is three-phase) To reverse, switch any two of the power supply phase lines opposite each other, and then close the switch after connecting them properly.
