1、 Water pump fault (water pump stops working and other displays are normal) Reason:
1. The overload protector on the AC contactor of the water pump acts.
2. The water pump capacitor is burnt out (single phase).
3. Problems with the water pump itself, such as burnt coils, bearing necrosis, etc.
Troubleshooting:
1. Simply press the RESET reset button in the overcurrent protector.
2. Replace the capacitor.
3. Replace the water pump (pay attention to the rotation direction of the water pump when replacing the water pump).
2、 Power failure (shutdown thermostat without display, etc.) Reason:
1. The mains supply is disconnected, out of phase, and unstable.
2. Check whether the phase sequence protector is burnt out.
3. The fuse is burnt out.
Troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the mains power is normal, and work again after the mains power is normal.
2. Replace the phase sequence protector.
3. Replace the fuse.
3、 High and low pressure switch failure (frozen water pump running but compressor stopped) Reason:
1. Filter clogged.
2. Low pressure alarm caused by insufficient refrigerant in the system.

4. The heat exchanger cooling fan stops working, causing a high pressure alarm.
Troubleshooting:
1. Clean the filter or replace it with an equivalent filter.
2. Replenish the system with refrigerant.
3. Check whether the cooling water circulating pump operates normally and repair or replace it.
4. Check whether the heat exchanger cooling fan (air pressure blowing radiator fin) operates normally, and repair or replace it.
