"The cooling water is not turned on, which is very easy to solve, but it is a common mistake.". Solution: Please open the water tower and water valve. If the Dongguan water chiller is an air-cooled water chiller, please clean the condenser, which is also known as the heat dissipation network.
The cooling water flow rate of the water tower is too low or the temperature is too high. Solution: Increase the cooling water flow pressure or reduce the water temperature (cooling water allows 21 degrees to 38 degrees).
3. The copper tube of the condenser (water cannon) has many deposits, small diameter, and poor heat dissipation. Solution: Clean the condenser copper pipe.
4. Too much refrigerant (snow seed). Solution: Discharge excess refrigerant to a low pressure of around 3-4 kg (R22).
5. The expansion valve (throttle valve) opens excessively. Solution: appropriately reduce the opening degree of the expansion valve, press the compressor thermal relay protection switch (RESTET), and identify the cause.

Insufficient refrigerant (snow seed). Solution: Check for leaks and make up for leaks, check whether there are leakage points at the pipe joints, and supplement refrigerant after repair.
The filter is clogged with water. Solution: Disassemble and wash or replace the filter.

If the compressor fails, due to the high installation accuracy requirements of the compressor, it is generally necessary to ask the manufacturer for maintenance. As the cooling water of a water cooled condenser is an open circulating circuit, the tap water commonly used is recycled through a cooling tower. When the content of calcium and magnesium salts in water is large, it is extremely easy to decompose and deposit on the cooling water pipes, forming scale, affecting heat transfer. Excessive scaling can also reduce the flow cross-section of cooling water, reduce water volume, and increase condensation pressure. Therefore, when the quality of the cooling water used is poor, clean the cooling water pipes at least once a year to remove scale and other contaminants from the pipes.
