Step 1: (electroplating tank volume * 70%) * number of electroplating tanks=flow rate (tons)
Step 2: Flow * Temperature difference * 1.167 * 120%=Cooling capacity
Step 3: Select the type based on the cooling capacity
Note: a. The 70% in the first step of the formula refers to that the electroplating tank will not be filled with solution under normal circumstances, so it is 70% instead of 100%.
B. The second step in the formula, 100% (safety factor), refers to the configuration of a water chiller based on a 20% increase in the cooling capacity of the electroplating tank under normal conditions. The cooling effect can only be achieved if the cooling capacity of the OWADA/Daiwa company equipment is greater than the cooling capacity required by the customer's equipment.

Note: In the formula, 10% - 30% means that the cooling capacity must be greater than 10% - 30% of the calorific value to achieve the cooling effect, and cannot be lower than 10%.
