二.操作方法：

1.开启机前先检查机体内有无杂物，现启动主轴电机，电机转向应按箭头方向或（主轴转向与箭头一致。）新机通电空载运转5分钟，再启动送料电机。如无异常方可投料脱水。

2.塑料脱水机设计上是必须先启动主轴电机后方可启动送料电机。以免造成脱料堵塞现象，如使用期间发现脱水效果不及以往，请关掉电源，打开外盖，把堵塞筛网拆开将异物去除，再重新开机使用。

3.本机因转速高，主轴与电机之间传动皮带长期使用有磨损现象而产生间隙，造成主轴无力或转速低，脱水效果不佳，这时必须把电机调节螺栓往外调节。把转动皮带张紧即可正常效果。

4.停止脱水时，先把入料斗内料输送完毕后，注入部分水清洗料斗，然后关闭送料电机，再关主轴电机。以保持整机清洁。

三.注意事项：

1.本设备应用范围是破碎粒料或小片状物，不能以团状或大件物料放入机内以免卡死机器。

2.使用前应先启动空载1分钟，无发现异常才能`投料脱水。

3.开机后如产生剧烈震动或异响，应立即停机或切断电源，先打开外盖，再拆下筛网，检查主轴叶片是否脱落或有异物`，若重新启动震动还不能排除，本机不能使用，先检查原因或通知供方检修，以免发生意外。

4.定期给主轴轴承、送料轴承、加注黄油，减速机加注机油。脱水机使用半年后应做全面检查。
