The principle of vacuum coating is that the film body evaporates at high temperature and crystallizes on the surface of the workpiece. Due to the resistance of the atmosphere to the evaporation of membrane molecules, collisions can cause the crystal to become rough and matt. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a high vacuum in order to make the crystal precise and bright. If the vacuum is not high, the crystal will lose its light and its synergy is also very poor. Early vacuum coating relies on natural scattering of vaporizers, resulting in poor efficiency and poor light quality. Nowadays, with the use of intermediate frequency magnetron sputtering targets, the evaporated molecules of the film body are accelerated by bombarding the target material under the action of an electric field. A large number of target atoms are ejected, and the neutral target atoms (or molecules) are deposited on the substrate to form a film. This solves the problem of film types that cannot be processed by natural evaporation in the past, such as titanium plating, zirconium plating, and so on. The use of Dongguan water chillers can avoid the drawbacks of running water and cooling tower cooling greatly affected by ambient temperature, ensuring that the coating machine always operates with high accuracy and efficiency.
